She is committed to educating professional women and organizations to not just live and think “outside of the box” but to get rid of the box. As a motivator, "extreme encourager" and a result driven coach, Raphaela supports people through a combination of Positive Psychology, along with strengths and solution-based approaches.
Raphaela’s main goal is to empower, as well as educate professional women and organizations about defining success on their own terms and developing long lasting strategies to move forward.

Q. Are all my meals included?
A. No. Only the meals during the 3 day retreat
Q: Can airfare be obtained?
A. Yes. If there is a group of 10 or more group airfare pricing from Philadelphia International airport will be available and updated on the site. If interested in low group flight rates a $100 refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
Q: Is there a payment plan?
A: Yes! Tailored to your own needs. Discussed with the travel agent but all payments must be received 45 days prior to travel.
Q: Is my room included in the price?
A: Yes your accommodations for 5 days and 4 nights
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Your retreat registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, but fully transferable to another person if you can no longer attend.
Q: Is the Retreat open to men?
A: NO. This is for WOMEN ONLY.
Q: Can I bring my kids with me?
A: NO. This is an ADULT-ONLY retreat. Participants must be 18 and older to attend.
Q: Will this be a significant investment for me? Is Serenity Retreat worth the money?
A: This is truly a personal decision for you. The ultimate question to ask is…are YOU worth the money? What we can share with you is in life, tangible items are not the answer when it comes to personal development. Those things fade, go out of style, lose value, but taking time to develop yourself within is a long lasting priceless investment.
